1. Be a core delivery team member. Learn new cutting edge technologies and develop systems based on those technologies
2. Develop, test, support and maintain business and critical applications
3. Contribute to design discussions and potentially own design of smaller modules
4. Analyse requirements for specific functionality and close with business

Relevant Past Experience (2-4 years of total experience)

* Developing web applications
* Atleast 2 years in software development, especially in Java
* Experience in using a relational database for development of data driven application
