3. Min 2- 3+ years of experience in Application Architecture / Design
Technical skills
Person will be resonposible for Center of Excellence .NET Activities Should have exposure in implementing custom .NET components Should have good exposure to Architectural Patterns and Design Patterns Should have experience in imparting .NET training Should have had direct interaction with international clients Should have very good communication skills Should be a quick learner and ability to easily adapt to new framework Should have very good problem solving skills Should have knowledge of latest Microsoft technologies and consistently update skills Experience on Test Driven Development and Agile Process. Experience in competency center is an advantage Experience in pre-sales is an advantage Define program structure based on the technical design Develop code based on the technical design in compliance with the quality process guidelines Prepare, execute test cases and document test results Able to derive Guidelines and standard which can improve the productivity of the team and quality of the deliverables. Able to support different application architecture for different clients and multi-tasking on troubleshooting. Innovative on new productivity tool and enhancement on features of the Framework.
