Job Description :
To handle sourcing and building pipelines into various position roles for Pride’s clients in their respective industries. The employee will be responsible for dedicated sourcing and screening support for the designated client(s) working in accordance to the respective Client Relationship Manager’s (CRM) needs. Key areas of responsibility
• Sourcing
o Identify suitable candidates for the provided requirement and forward to CRM for further review
o Meet established SLAs of sourcing volume to be achieved per day
o Periodically review targets, achievements and re-establish goals with reporting manager based on client needs.
o Work closely with CRM directly and be responsible for hiring positions to understand needs and source qualified candidates.
o Maintain a cache candidate pool for every requirement for easy access and turnaround.
o Edit and format resumes per specified standards.
o Update client trackers where applicable with daily activity and send to reporting manager for sending to client in a timely manner. • Posting Jobs
o Post open requirements on job boards, social media sites like LinkedIn, etc.
o Query, Receive and review resumes for possible matches.
o Close out jobs on job boards, social media sites, etc. once the position is filled. •Candidate Coordination
o Schedule interviews with candidates for telephonic and face to face rounds
o Use emails, calendars and phones effectively to organize, follow up and coordinate interview schedules.
o Organize and conduct walk-in interviews for bulk requirements when possible.
o Administer group discussions, screening tests and evaluations based on requirements.
• Bullhorn Management
o Create jobs in Bullhorn based on the requirement received from clients within 2 hours of receipt.
o Create candidate records in BH of screened candidates and cache pool.
o Submit candidate profiles in Bullhorn against the relevant requirements based on submissions made to client.
o Provide daily status reports of submissions made to reporting manager. • Data Management
o Store copies of resumes sourced under respective client folders on the designated server location.
o Store daily reports under respective folders on the designated server location.
o Initiate on-boarding and coordinate paperwork with relevant internal Pride teams for contract positions.
o Ensure paperwork and required on-boarding details are sent to accounting by the start date of the candidate.
o Notify accounting via daily reports of direct placement closures to coordinate billing and post hire activities.
