Only Freshers are eligible with Good Communication, basic Mathematics & Analytical Skills Work Location: Baroda - (Gujarat ) Job Description: · Undertake specific modelling projects for clients including translating client requirements into project specification, model execution, resolving data, technical and analytical issues, interpreting output and preparing client presentation. · Provide required explanation internally to ensure effective use of output liaising with AAC Consultants as appropriate · Utilise the necessary hardware and software systems required to produce models. · Translate model results into client deliverables and present back to internal team. · Attend presentations and contribute to delivery · Communicate with internal team and client for obtaining information. · Manage own projects Skills Required: 1. High energy and self-motivated professional with the ability to make things happen, work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. 2. Basic understanding of Market Research 3. Solid understanding of modelling techniques and applications 4. Basic proficiency in results interpretation 5. Proficient in project management 6. Basic understanding of decision making and problem resolution skills 7. Fluency in English 8. Must possess excellent communication skills and willingness to go an extra mile in terms of performance. Excellent interpersonal, influencing skills while dealing with all levels of management and cultural sensitivity Very Important: Candidates will be assessed on different statistical tools like Probability, Correlation, regression, different types of test like Z test, F test, etc. Request you do your lessons since the written test is very tuff. Basic Requirements: 1. Should be flexible to relocate to Baroda 2. Should have completed 15 years of regular education 3. Shouldn’t have more than 2 years gap in academics / career 4. Shouldn’t have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months 5. Should be flexible for working in Shifts 6. ME/MTech/ MCA / BCA / BA / MA / B Com / MBA are not eligible.
