(BA/ MA / BMS / BBA / BSc/ B.Com/ M.Com) Job Description : PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for customer service turnaround within set time frames. • Maintain a record of processed case reference numbers for logistics. • Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles. • Handle written customer correspondence on behalf of customer. • Communicate with operations staff on client issues, policy change etc. • Should be able to communicate effectively with customer based out of different Global Location. • Passing the case to the relevant queue based on information given/missing. • Should be able to analyze customer requirements & process cases accordingly. • Call up the customer to get information about the applicant. SKILLS REQUIRED: • Working knowledge of PCs e.g. MS Office. • Excellent keyboard skills. • Generic understanding of customer service. • Excellent spoken English and written communication skills. • No Regional Accent • Ability to verbalize thoughts • Correct construction of sentences and Grammatically correct English • Good grasping power • Excellent listening skills. • Team player • Understanding of job profile applied for. • Insurance knowledge and medical experience would be preferred. Note: Candidate should have good knowledge / experience into Life / Pension Plans . Basic Requirements: 1. Candidate should be a fulltime graduate.( No Correspondence) 2. Not more than 2 years of gap in graduation and career. 3. Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months (either selected-not-joined or rejected) will not be eligible. 5. BE, B. Tech, M.Sc, MCA, MBA are not eligible.
