 Auditing

 Call monitoring

 Call calibrations and evaluations

 Sample and evaluate contact transactions

 Report results of evaluations to Quality/Operations

 Monitor and Coach the C.C.E.’s

 Facilitate or participate in calibration sessions with Quality/Operations

 Maintain up to date records and information on all processes and reports

 Proficiency in use of the Quality systems
Additional requirements

 Good knowledge of Ms. Office

 Worked in outbound telemarketing experience.

 Should have experience in outbound Sales.

 Worked in processes like Dish TV, AT & T and Comcast. (will be an added Advantage)
