Basic XML knowledge EJB Fair insight on object orientation principles Strong hands on experience in Struts or Spring. Strong SQL [like DML,DDL] understanding and JDBC Exposure in Hibernate and EJB Should be familiar with source maintenance using any one of the version control tools [ CVS, VSS] Minimum 4 years of above mentioned java experience.
