(a) For US IT Recruiter / W2 Recruiter / US Technical Recruiter
Hands-on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Hands on experience with W2, C2C & Full time is must.
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
Experience in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants.
Experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster,JobDiva and LinkedIn.
Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.
Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)
(b)For OPT Recruiter / US Talent Acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Looking for an aggressive team player with a strong hold on NICHE technologies in the IT market.
2-4 years experience working with OPT/CPT, EAD resources.
Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring and capable of getting experienced OPTs.
Maintaining active database of OPT candidates.
Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Hands on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Indeed and social media Platforms.
Recruit H1 B Transfers and Referrals
Must be independent and a self-starter.
Use social networks and research to build internal database and recruit passive candidates.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Work individually as well guiding and monitoring the team.
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
