Job Description :
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Do weekly sales meetings and achieving targets (TARGET ORIENTATED JOB)
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
Report on sales activities to top management
Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Rich experience in sales management.
Good Negotiation Skills , Interpersonal Skills, Presentable Skills
Must have 2 Yrs of Sales Experience in the Real Estate Industry
Must have His/her own two wheeler
Computer & tech savvy
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
