Hiring Front Office Executive & Admin (Chennai)

Experience: 1 - 2 years
Skills: Front Office Executive, Receptionist
Job Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Communicate with clients as directed by the department head
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Week Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude CTC: 1.5 L to 2 L
