Job Description :
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L2 to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
Job Description • Windows Server OS 2008 & 2012 • User and Group Account Management with Active Directory and Group Policy Management • Knowledge of DNS and DHCP operations, support, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of WDS, Hyper-V, Outlook. • Knowledge of VLAN, Subnetting, OSI Model • LAN / WAN Network Connectivity, LAN Topologies & Cabeling. • Windows OS Scripting (Task Automation) • Manage Server File System and Security Permissions • Patch / Release / Configuration / Change Management • Synchronize and manage security information across Windows Server Network • End to End System Administration, Troubleshooting & Management. • Provide Support using Remedy System / Ticket Logging Tool • Provide Support using Remote Support Applications. • Working with clients to ensure proper server monitoring and failover processes are in place.
