Job Description for HR Manager

Role & Responsibilities

Responsibility for overall centralized HR/Admin function.
Ensuring appropriate communication at all levels.
End to end recruitment.
Attendance & Leave Management.
Salary disbursement coordination.
Handling Employee grievances, issues & queries.
Releasing the employee letters.
Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Plan, direct, supervise, coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff.
Keep track on performance and training development.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
Conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Requirements

Qualification – MBA/PGDM- Specialization in HR
Experience in HR Domain – 1.5 years to 2.5 years.
Candidates should have exposure on HR Generalist role.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
A very good exposure of employee engagement activities.
Only Females.
Preferred Married Candidates.
