Job Description :

Managing sales, handling major accounts, successful on-boarding of new clients, providing the specialized advice to the key clients, maintaining relationship with the stakeholders and customers etc
Identifying market trends, designing and implementing the product selection array, competitive pricing and product-price mix, content and catalog development
Competitive Analysis: Responsible for market research on demand, price data, product movement, competition pricing, product bundling, selection driving, strategy building etc.
Marketing: Helping the sellers gain visibility by promoting their product and brands on the portal
Team Player: Helping the team and subordinates by training, motivating and providing them the useful guidance to carry out the task smoothly
Responsible to maintain cordial relations with all other teams and HODs to make sure the work is scrutinized and delivered on time.
Consistent hygiene matrix Management for sellers, new product launch, existing product and price management, quality improvement through product images and content
Do market research for Price data, new verticals across all categories, competition pricing, product bundling, selection driving
Manage the execution of marketing assignments on the portals VMU to help the sellers brands and products to gain visibility and revenue
Periodically helping the vendors to keep a track on their business and revenue growth along with the units sold on Royaloak
Providing the proper specialized guidance on business related issues or functional problems faced by the sellers on Royaloak and resolve them in the given TAT period
Building and managing brand relationships in the geography including deals, preferred pricing and preferred treatment.
Performing the analysis on competitors activities on upcoming trends, marketing projects, price reduction, product bundling, new vertical launch etc.
