Leads large and complex technology and business projects and/or programs
Leads geographically scattered cross functional teams and drives projects/programs
Reviews status with business executives and development team and manages project/program schedule; sometimes with tight timelines
Identifies and mitigates risks and issues affecting projects/programs
Strong Planning & Risk Management Skills
Leads and mentors teams
Ability to handle multiple platform based products/projects
Very strong Communication and Management skills
Strong Agile Experience Should be pragmatic in the approach
Release Management
Change Management
Takes ownership of release quality
Collaborates with other projects/programs and other external interfaces to develop Release Calendar and release strategy
Collaborates with development, QA, UAT and other teams on design of release management planning, installation, configuration, and deployment processes
Must have managed Deployments where multiple vendors and multiple applications are involved
