Looking for an aggressive Business Development Manager with at least 5+ years of experience IT Infrastructure sales/Corporate Training / IT Staffing. Determination, persistent and ability to add new clients nationwide.
Ability to Exhaust all avenues and present best value and pricing to leads and prospects and convert them to clients.
Ideal candidate will have a proven record in penetrating into new clients and talking to executive level people.
High energy and confident in building partnership with Training Mangers, VP*s, Director of IT, CEO*s and CTO*s of the companies.
This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out their responsibilities and possess a highly professional demeanor. Ability to manage client requirements; ensuring strong
support for clients; driving overall client satisfaction.
This is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the IT/Engineering niche.
Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships,penetrating client accounts.
-Ability to select new leads and prospects and generate call lists.
-Cold calling and worm calling skills, and experience dealing with objections and managing objections.
-email marketing campaigns experience and ability to manage all states of prospecting.
-Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
-Developing and implementing long term relationships with all clients.
-Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls.
-Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
Existing relationships with direct clients and managers.
Experience with best methods to reach decision makers and ability to market to them leading to either company being
added to the vendor list or requisitions being generated, through either cold calling, email marketing campaigns or other
proven past experience.
Experience working with small, medium and large leads and clients. Results oriented.
Ability to plan week, month and quarter with proven results.
