Job Description :

Accountable for delivering operational KPIs, quality and timeline targets; Ensuring high quality store format plans based on business needs
Liaise with NWT and ensure the approved brief is received with all the information required which is critical to plan the stores
Prepare retail and mall plans, merch plans, design packs; update them based on feedback received; Create optimal as-built plans using CAD applications (MSTN/ AutoCAD/ Vector works/ Adobe Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator) and upload them onto My Property
Ensure that all retail, mall and design packs are in line with approved brief, latest standards & propositions; Ensure that fit for purpose packs are delivered to the project execution teams in countries
Ensure all the services in the retail and mall plans are approved by different teams within property well before the NWT/ board approvals
Prepare the store packs, present @ the RDG approval meetings & ensure they are approved by the board
Update the retail and mall plans, merch plans & design packs based on the feedback from site reviews, NWT, Board & PAC approvals
Prepare store packs across all formats & be able to advise on planning solutions
Be aware of the latest business thinking and come up with proposals that meets business need thus ensuring minimal changes post approval
Ensure the store records are updated on My Property accordingly
Manage my stores based on the Stores development programme timelines and escalate to my manager on the risks foreseen in meeting them
Ensure to document the minutes & next steps from all the store pack review & approval meetings
Suggest alternate design options to ensure optimum usage of space and contribute to deliver cost savings whilst maintaining quality and fit for purpose designs and plans
Assist colleagues with day to day issues to enable them to meet agreed SLAs and productivity targets
Assist in the implementation of the quality check-list/ exception management document to be followed to enable the team to have standardized quality checks; Assist the lead in performing quality checks
Assist the Lead in communicating inputs and issues with stakeholders on regular operations calls
Communicate proactively with the Lead & Manager on new ideas and potential risks in existing systems/ processes and actively share ideas about how processes can be streamlined; Create a trend analysis on frequent issues and present the same during team meeting
People
Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing and capability building activities
Schedule & attend the 1-2-1 meetings with lead & manager & work on action plans drawn out by them in order to minimize issues/ escalations
Ensure system compliance and adhere to time & attendance schedules agreed upon with the Lead/ Manager
Ensure adherence to P&D timelines & plans and agreed growth/training plans; Actively participate in planned process & on-the-job training
