Job Description :
1. Converse with Customers to determine Destination, Mode of Transportation, Travel Dates, Accommodation Requirements, Travel Insurance
2. Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
3. handle queries raised in a professional manner and to agreed standards in order to meet customer satisfaction
4. Keeping Clients up to date on any changes
5. Processing Credit Notes / refunds for Cancelled tickets
6. Provide options to client though mail or over phone as per the Customer Requirements
7. Sell more of our PLB Options to client
8. Cross selling of products like Cab, Hotel & Insurance
9. Check regarding Mode of Payment
10. Obtain all Personal Information from client like contact No, seat preference, meal preference, passport details, valid visas and create profiles for clients for all future bookings.
11. Establish and Maintain Good Interpersonal Rapport with Airlines & Vendors
12. Reply to mails / calls within the Turnaround time.
13. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organise and accomplish your work
14. Coordinating with Co – Workers to work together to accomplish tasks
15. Meeting Profit / Sales Targets
16. Obtain Feedback from Clients once the travel is completed
17. Sending mails on a daily basis as to the work done for the day.
