Job Description |
1)Responsible for Execution of payroll process of different cadres
2)Should generate different reports viz. Salary Statement, PF, ESI, Variable Pay, PT and salary TDS.
3)Co-ordinate with clients coordinators for timely inputs and other clarifications
4)Preparation of Monthly and annual salary TDS returns.
5)Handling retrial benefits and reimbursement activities.
6)Candidate should be a graduate/post graduate in Commerce or BBM with 1-5 years of experience in payroll process. Should have sound knowledge in Income Tax – implication & exemptions, PF, ESI, PT and other salary related aspects. Should have basic accounting and MS Excel knowledge.
