SHOULD KNOW MALAYALAM FLUENTLY. SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK IN KERALA. a)Effective management of Distributor FOS for achievement of acqusition targets.b)Ensuring that the assigned LBAs follow all the processes as laid down by the company.c)Keeping track of the retention activities & PJP activities of each LBA assigned to him. Responsible for customer query escalation (FWT failures, voucher queries, Network coverage, MACD request) & problem resolution.Supervision, training (CC Executives and LBA staff), process compliance and SLA Monitoring at LBA level·Define and generate MIS on customer interactions.·Measure customer satisfaction· Develop and implement escalation procedures |
