Profile Overview:

Business Development Associate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including events, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media), LinkedIn, utilize the contacts lists to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Ability to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the Business Development Managers to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.



Required experience and knowledge

• Experience in the lead generation/Market research field preferred
• 0-4year’s telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivator, Initiator, Energetic, Passionate, confident& ambitious
• Go-getter attitude

Education: Any graduate/ Any Post graduate (Marketing or International Business specialization Preferred)
Candidate should be willing to work in U.S. shift/ night shift. shift time 6.30 pm to 3.30 am
