Job Description :




About the Position:

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors as well as resident members. You will contribute towards shaping their impression of 91s and own their first experience with us. You will also drive day to day administrative responsibilities enabling our members to experience a seamless working environment, free of all maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations
Welcome and greet visitors to the hub. Understand their need and direct them to the appropriate person
Attend all calls to the hub, identify purpose and pass on messages as appropriate
Owner of maintaining all office supplies like Stationery, Communication Devices etc.
Receive and redirect all incoming correspondence, including couriers, vendor bills etc.
Hub & Member Management
Retrieve and Communicate invoice details every month
Redirect/ Assign support tickets and track resolution through the relevant support teams
Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager
Help members with meeting room bookings, plan changes, basic internet and printer troubleshooting etc.
Skills & Behavior Required:

In order to be an ideal fit to this position, you should be:

Obsessed with customer experience and creating a WOW experience for our members
A very strong communicator
Extremely approachable. Be the person everyone wants to interact with/ go to for solutions.
Organized and detail oriented along with a flair for coordination.
Able to work on MS Office/ Google Suite
Years of Experience:

1+ years of experience required in a similar profile.
Bonus points for experience in the hospitality sector.
Education:

Diploma required
Graduation/ Certification in Front Office Management preferred.



Qualification : Graduate
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
